By accessing or using saarkaari.in (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Copyright & Takedown policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the Service
Saarkaari is an independent aggregator that compiles publicly available information about Indian government-sector recruitment notifications, results, admit cards, syllabi, and answer keys. We are not affiliated with any government body. Detailed positioning is in our Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of any third party, including intellectual-property rights;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site at scale, or use automated tools to bypass our rate limits, paywalls, or access controls;
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's original editorial content (summaries, headers, compiled tables) without written permission;
- Interfere with the Site's security, performance, or integrity, including by uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or probing for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context;
- Click on advertisements in a manipulative or fraudulent way, or encourage others to do so;
- Impersonate Saarkaari, our staff, or any government body, or misrepresent the source of information taken from the Site.
5. User Accounts
Some features (e.g., bookmarks, contributions, approver tooling) require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive activity.
6. User Submissions
If you submit content to the Site (e.g., contribution edits, contact-form messages, suggested corrections), you grant Saarkaari a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site's name, logo, design, code, original written summaries, and original compiled data are the property of Saarkaari and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law. Government notifications and primary data referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective issuing authorities. Use of any third-party trademarks, logos, or emblems on the Site is purely referential and does not imply affiliation.
8. Advertisements
The Site is supported in part by third-party advertising, primarily Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. We do not endorse advertised products or services, and any transaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site links to external websites — most often the official portals of recruiting authorities. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of those external sites. Following any external link is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Saarkaari does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, current, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saarkaari, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us to use the Site (which is typically zero).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saarkaari and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue to apply.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The courts at the place of operation of Saarkaari in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
