Short Information

NEET-UG 2026 is the single common entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BVSc, B.Pharm and other allied medical undergraduate programmes across all government and private medical colleges, deemed and central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER and AFMC seats. Conducted by the National Testing Agency in pen-and-paper mode at over 550 cities in 13 languages. Counselling is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for the All-India 15% quota and central institutions, and by State Counselling Authorities for state-quota seats. The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) is a separate post-qualification screening test.
